Cooking the Books led by Loren Sterman

Hi! My name is Loren Sterman. My group is called “Cooking the Books.” Each month, we’ll pick a new cookbook author, chef, or blogger and take a deep dive into their repertoire! Group members will make a dish of theirs to bring in for our communal meal. Then? We eat!

We will be meeting on Monday evenings; beginning 9/23/24. We will meet monthly on the 4th Monday of each month. We have space for up to 5 individuals, so please register today to secure your spot.  

Formerly, the owner of Cookworks, located in Hamden and New Haven, retail shops offering prepared foods for eat-in or carry out, as well as catering, housewares, and giftware.

For the last 25 years, I have worked as a Clinical Social Worker in private practice.
